Role Overview

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and nurturing strong, enduring connections with new and existing clients.
  • Providing personalized consultations to help clients select jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and occasions.
  • Offering expert product knowledge, including history, craftsmanship, and materials of fine jewelry.
  • Collaborating with sales and design teams to deliver bespoke jewelry solutions.
  • Handling client inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements include:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • A keen understanding of fine jewelry or luxury goods is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients while providing a high level of attention to detail.
