Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Oracle supply chain solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

As a Supply Chain Management Specialist, you will operate independently to provide high-quality work products to engagements. You will perform complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SCM functional expertise, including Source – Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Approval Management AMX/BPM, Inventory Management, Order Management, Pricing, Sales and Service Contract, Install Base, Manufacturing, and Planning.

You will also have experience in conducting architecture, design, and solution workshops, conceptualizing and articulating integration designs, and conducting Conference Room Pilots. Additionally, you should have experience in configuring Applications in a client-facing role.

A Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with 5-10 years of total experience in EBS or Cloud Application Implementations is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory. You should also have good interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with all stakeholders, and self-motivation with a lot of energy and drive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Oracle supply chain solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Perform complex duties and tasks requiring independent judgment to deliver high-quality work products.
  • Conduct architecture, design, and solution workshops, and configure Applications in a client-facing role.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
  • 5-10 years of experience in EBS or Cloud Application Implementations.
  • Extensive experience in SCM functional expertise, including Source – Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Approval Management AMX/BPM, Inventory Management, Order Management, Pricing, Sales and Service Contract, Install Base, Manufacturing, and Planning.
