Supply Chain Consultant Position Overview

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of supply chain planning and strong analytical skills to align technology capabilities with business objectives.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to deliver tailored solutions that address complex supply chain challenges.

About the Role

We seek an experienced Solution Consultant to join our team. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business challenges and supply chain requirements.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and a proven ability to identify pain points, gather detailed specifications, and present customized solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and supply chain requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.
  • Presentation of customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needs.
  • Development and implementation of comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Creation of detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Configuration and customization of Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.
  • Guidance on best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
  • Support to sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process.
  • Delivery of compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.
  • Response to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery.
  • Maintenance of clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Provision of post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions.
  • Collection of feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
