As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain functions for one of our manufacturing facilities.

This role includes production planning and control, plant sourcing, logistics, and scrap management. You will oversee planning, procurement, production scheduling, inventory, and logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations.

  1. Production Planning & Scheduling
  • Align material availability with the production plan to prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and central planning teams for demand forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Monitor daily and weekly production plans and adjust schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of our supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement & Supplier Coordination
  • E nsure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
  • Coordinate with central procurement and approved vendors to track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and quality compliance.

Requirements:

  • A graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce (MBA or PG in Supply Chain preferred)
  • 12-20 years of relevant experience in supply chain or operations management in a manufacturing setup
  • Strong understanding of production planning, MRP, logistics, and warehousing practices
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
