Job Title: Supply Chain Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our logistics operations. As a Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Import Logistics: Manage end-to-end import logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and documentation management.
  • Export Logistics: Plan and execute export shipments in SAP aligned with delivery dates, ensuring timely dispatch of export consignments from factory to port/airport.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and manage export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, COAs, COOs, bills of lading, and shipping instructions.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with banks under LC terms, clearing agents, transporters, internal departments, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with customs and other regulatory requirements, including handling DDC shipments and obtaining NoC clearance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports covering freight costs, lead times, shipment volumes, and pending cases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the fragrance and oral care industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software, including SAP.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
