Job Title: Senior Process Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Process Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for various financial processes, including issuance of debit notes, accounting of debit and credit notes, and reconciliation of intercompany accounts.

  • Issue debit notes from corporate to all intercompany entities.
  • Account for all debit and credit notes received from corporate and other intercompany entities after review and set process.
  • Responsible for intercompany account reconciliation and balance confirmation to all other intercompany entities as part of the month-end process.
  • Coordinate with GL coordinators of respective entities for any clarification.
  • Follow up with approvers to get approval before posting any GL entries.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge in general ledger and reconciliation of GL balance vs sub-ledger.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of basic accounting standards and rules.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Navision-Microsoft Dynamics or D-365.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
