We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Operations Leader to join our team. As part of our leadership team, you will drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead the procurement function, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage and inventory management.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (mandatory).
- MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations (preferred).

- Advanced Excel and ERP skills (SAP MM module, Kinaxis RapidResponse).
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and operational best practices in FMCG.
- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
