As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers enjoy a smooth and positive journey with our products and services.

  • Deliver exceptional support by responding to every customer query with quality and care.
  • Be a customer advocate by tuning in to what our customers really need and guiding them through using specific features.
  • Investigate and report product issues by exploring different scenarios or stepping into the customer's shoes.
  • Keep our knowledge base sharp by regularly updating our internal systems with insights from technical issues and valuable customer conversations.
  • Collaborate and innovate by sharing feature requests and clever workarounds with the team to keep our product evolving.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by informing our customers about the latest features and functionalities as soon as they're available.
  • Ensure resolution by following up with customers to make sure everything's running smoothly on their end.
  • Amplify the customer voice by collecting feedback directly from customers and sharing these insights with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bring your experience: Have at least 2 years in a customer-facing role with outstanding communication skills.
  • Versatile support: Be ready to tackle calls, chats, and emails with flexibility.
  • Customer-centric approach: Put our customers first.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools is a plus.
  • Communication pro: Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential. Fluency in English and Hindi required.
  • Juggle like a pro: Multitask in our fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to whatever comes your way.
