About Us:

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our organization in Hyderabad-like locations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supply chain management, vendor management, procurement, and inventory optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing that supports our growing D2C brand.

Our ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices. They should have excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, and proficiency in using purchasing software and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective procurement strategies.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure best terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs.
  • Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations relevant to procurement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
