Key Responsibilities:Delivery Excellence
  • Own end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across global teams, ensuring excellence in resiliency, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting for complex programs.
Hands-on Program Management
  • Stay deeply involved in execution — architecture reviews, dependency management, release planning, cutover management.
  • Drive modernization of legacy platforms through microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, real-time data, and cloud migration.
Solutioning & Modernization
  • Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define target state architectures.
  • Shape modernization roadmaps in cloud-native delivery, observability, and DevSecOps.
AI & Productivity Enablement
  • Champion the use of AI/GenAI tools for engineering acceleration.
  • Explore AI-driven approaches for program monitoring, predictive delivery analytics, and risk alerts.
People & Stakeholder Management
  • Build, scale, and manage high-performing delivery teams (25-50+ FTEs).
  • Partner with global CIO/CTO, business sponsors, and regulators to align delivery with business outcomes.
