Senior Product Designer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Designer to lead our design efforts and craft exceptional fan-facing experiences.

This role requires a unique blend of visual expertise and creative problem-solving skills, enabling you to drive the design of our major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new engagement platforms.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of user needs and business objectives, guiding the end-to-end design process for key product initiatives.
  • Determine the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint is cohesive, fresh, and aligned with our brand identity.
  • Create polished, detail-driven user interfaces that balance aesthetics and usability – from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Establish and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure consistency across the brand.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Growth teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in media, sports, or high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma and relevant prototyping tools, as well as strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Able to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities through strategic thinking.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence within a team.
