Visual Brand Strategist Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Visual Brand Strategist to drive the visual identity of our direct-to-consumer beauty brand.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating designs that feel premium, connect with consumers, and build brand loyalty across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Social Media: Create engaging social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Innovation: Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide creative direction and feedback.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay on top of design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4–6 years as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Adobe Expertise: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • D2C Experience: Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • Visual Storytelling: Strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Motion Graphics: Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography: Photography or art direction background.
  • Startup Experience: Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
