Design Visionary

As a Design Visionary, you will lead the creative direction for brands, overseeing campaign strategy and content planning from concept to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and engaging content that increases brand awareness and solidifies consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret client objectives, understand brand requirements, and design solutions from concept to execution.
  • Apply design thinking to solve business challenges, leading the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums.
  • Develop concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, and campaign ideas.
  • Design cross-channel creative expressions in digital, print, motion, and design.
  • Deliver creative content, including brand identity design, digital communication design, website design, packaging design, and campaign communication design.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, sharing new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and design standards, staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After effects & Premiere Pro.
  • Style and design capability to deliver designs for brands.
  • Genuine love for pop culture and advertising/marketing.

Experience:

Up to 2 years' of digital design and advertising experience.
