We are seeking a highly skilled API Developer with experience in designing, developing and managing APIs using Google Edge or X. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure and high-performance API solutions.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop APIs for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Implement proxies, policies (security, traffic management, mediation, etc.) and custom scripts.
  • Collaborate with architects and backend teams to define API contracts and integration strategies.
  • Evaluate and ensure APIs are secure, scalable and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot API performance and availability issues.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for API deployments.
  • Maintain API documentation and version control.
  • Work with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in API development.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.
  • Experience with security standards such as OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS and Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
