This position oversees the administration of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure it meets business needs. Key responsibilities include system support and problem resolution, HR reporting, analysis of business processes, and new system or functionality implementation.

  • Owning the configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of the HRIS system.
  • Project managing system implementations and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Documenting the configuration process and key decisions for change management and communications.
  • Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during implementations and escalating feedback to the implementation team as needed.
  • Configuring live sites in preparation for go-live.
","Key Accountabilities:","
  • Providing regional end-user support on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting.
  • Analyzing HR functional business and system processes to recommend improvements that meet business needs.
  • Ensuring data standards through automation, set up of preventative controls, data audits, and working with the business for corrections.
  • Establishing and maintaining business and compliance reports and dashboards for leaders.
  • Building competence of users for accessing and reviewing data.
","Requirements:","
  • A degree-qualified or relevant experience.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, specifically v-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and advanced formula writing.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession, Onboarding, and Recruiting.
