Human Resource Operations Specialist

The Human Resources Assistant will provide support to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, training, and maintaining HR information systems.
Daily tasks include coordinating HR activities, assisting with employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong skills in Human Resource Management
- Experience with HR Information Systems
- Expertise in Benefits Administration and Training
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Recruitment: Source, screen, and select candidates for open positions
- Onboarding: Coordinate the hiring process, ensure a smooth transition of new employees into the organization
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, communicate changes and updates
- Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance and productivity
- HRIS: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR information systems
