Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Closing Professional to excel in the luxury real estate market.

About the Role:

  • Spearhead high-value transactions, ensuring seamless and sophisticated experiences for clients.
  • Coordinate the entire closing process, from contract to closing date, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and complete legal documents and contracts, adhering to regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
  • Establish open communication channels with clients, providing timely updates and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
  • Develop and maintain organized and secure files of transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
  • Evaluate potential issues proactively and work to resolve them promptly.
  • Foster effective collaboration with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other parties to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of closing documents to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for clients after closing, coordinating post-closing tasks such as document recordings and follow-ups.
  • Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to closing processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, real estate); MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
  • Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.
  • Deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations.
