Strategic Business Partner

A seasoned professional with 10-15 years of experience in production workflows, supply chain management, and operational efficiency is required for this key role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, operational coordination, and reporting & analytics within a large-scale organization.

This strategic business partner will play a vital role in driving business excellence by aligning cross-functional workflows, monitoring project milestones, and facilitating smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:
    • Provide high-level support to the director in decision-making, prioritization, and follow-ups on critical matters.
    • Coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, and key action items to ensure effective communication and information flow.
  • Operational Coordination:
    • Align production, supply chain, and technical workflows to achieve operational excellence.
    • Monitor project milestones, flag risks, and drive timely execution of initiatives to meet business objectives.
    • Facilitate smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards for management reviews to inform business decisions.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), operational performance, and progress of strategic projects to identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights on efficiency improvements, bottlenecks, and business opportunities to drive business growth.

  • Task Completion Rate: % of director-assigned tasks delivered within deadlines.
  • Information Flow Efficiency: Average turnaround time for updates and decision communication.
  • Report Timeliness: % of reports prepared and submitted on schedule.
