Job Title: Senior Manager - Site Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to oversee our site operations, driving efficiency and excellence in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Optimization: Analyze financial performance on a regular basis, identifying areas for cost reduction and suggesting corrective measures aligned with existing agreements.
  • Site Operations Management: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution, establish necessary analytics to monitor performance against budgets, and track and close out disputes.
  • Partner Governance: Collaborate with partners to resolve billing disputes, close out issues, and lead initiatives aimed at reducing waste.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Operational governance with circles
  • Compliance with statutory and other regulatory requirements
  • Agreement renewal and vendor management of existing sites
  • Aquisition of lean/low rental sites and stores
  • Rent reduction of existing sites and stores
  • New site delivery against target
