Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

This role involves leading and managing operations in a specific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and driving operational efficiency through process improvements, cost control, and workforce planning.

  • This includes owning operational metrics and service delivery standards across a defined cluster, leading and managing Team Lead Operations to ensure efficient daily operations, and implementing coaching, training, and corrective actions where needed.
  • The role also involves monitoring performance of service partners and professionals, managing on-ground escalations, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience is required for this position.

About the Role:

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for taking initiative and proactive steps to improve service quality and continuously evaluating existing operational processes and workflows for inefficiencies or areas of improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage operations in a specific region to ensure smooth daily operations.
  2. Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, cost control, and workforce planning.
  3. Monitor performance of service partners and professionals; implement coaching, training, and corrective actions where needed.
  4. Manage on-ground escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
