Job Description:

As a strategic workforce solutions professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence within our organization.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive reporting dashboards and data sets to track KPIs, SLAs, and employee/vendor audiences.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, videos, and training materials to execute external process steps.
  • Conduct internal audits, including vendor management system data validation, monthly access reviews, and bi-annual consultant validation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address audit requests and provide support for additional data reporting needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working within an internal contingent workforce program or managed service provider (MSP).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Process-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to create and refine standard operating processes (SOPs) and user guides.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to operate successfully in a team environment and work through priorities with a positive attitude.
