We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of global benefits modules. As a key team member, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of global benefits across large organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs and design customized solutions.
  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations.
  • Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live.

A strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage client relationships are essential for this role. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central).
