Global Workforce Deployment Specialist sought to deliver measurable results in international staffing programs. This role requires a proven track record of driving deployment outcomes, stakeholder management across diverse cultures and time zones, negotiation and contract management expertise, and ability to balance speed, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to develop strategic workforce solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong consultant network to achieve high fill rates and reduced time-to-fill cycles.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of consultants: sourcing, onboarding, engagement, extension, roll-off, and redeployment.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with contracts, documentation, and labor laws across multiple geographies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between consultants, client stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
  • Track and report key performance metrics such as:
  • Time-to-fill improvements.
  • Utilization rates.
  • Redeployment success rates.
  • Retention levels.
Requirements & Skills:
  • 5–8 years of experience in staff augmentation / workforce deployment with exposure to APAC, US, and EMEA markets.
  • Proven track record of success in reducing average time-to-fill cycles, driving high utilization and redeployment metrics, and managing multi-regional staffing programs.
  • Prior experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing firms is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/HR specialization is advantageous.
