Business Process Analyst Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, create and maintain process documentation, assist in the implementation of solutions, and monitor quality of service delivery.

The successful candidate will work with global teams to define best practices, design and optimize scalable workflows that align to company goals. Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, improvement, or automation, delivering process and solution documentation across multiple teams, geographies, and tools, leading projects from end-to-end, ensuring timely goal achievement, developing a deep understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development, monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions, and documenting all work to a high professional standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fuine English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate)
  • Effective and persuasive communication, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Basic understanding of business process modeling, workflow, and project management principles
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks
