Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of available data, supporting process improvement initiatives, and developing training plans and other business process relevant documentation.

They will also be responsible for providing training to new joiners, acting as a Quality Control analyst when needed, contributing to team progress via regular huddles and idea sharing, and planning and organizing their work while keeping managers informed of status and activities.

Additionally, they will deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports, serve as the first point of contact on subject matter questions, and provide training/guidance to new team members.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing training and guidance to new team members
  • Delivering reports and serving as a subject matter expert

Requirements:
