Job Title: Data Processing Specialist

The Data Processing Specialist plays a multifaceted role encompassing various aspects of data processing, quality assurance, communication and administrative tasks.

Delivers superior customer service to clients through multiple communication channels. Investigates and responds to client inquiries, complaints, concerns and issues relating to administration and compliance requirements in a timely manner.

Coordinates with teams on data entry, quality control queues and recognition processing. Supports the promotion and development of initiatives through various communication methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processes data information via data entry and ensures proper indexing and linking with data payment information. Conducts quality assurance on all data entry and ensures data integrity.
  • Resolves data processing product or service issues by clarifying the client's issue and selecting the best solution to resolve the issue.
  • Communicates effectively with clients, leaders and headquarters staff/departments to resolve concerns within set turn-around times.
  • Ensures monitoring reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
  • May engage in research and analysis of industry best practices to maintain current awareness.
  • Ensures legal, financial compliance and audit requirements are met.
  • Technical Skills
  • Ms Excel: Data Management: Handles and organizes large datasets efficiently, creates Pivot Tables, applies consistent formatting, uses rules for conditional formatting and basic data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or social services.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in office administration, account receivables, grants, etc.
  • Ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfort with operating in multiple databases with comprehension and accuracy.
  • Good in MS Excel and attention to detail.
