Job Overview
This role requires a seasoned Senior Creative Design Lead with over 10 years of experience, a proven track record working with North American clients, and expertise in digital marketing, product design, and UI/UX principles.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Creative Leadership: Inspire and guide the design team to produce exceptional visual and digital content aligned with client goals.
- Client Collaboration: Work directly with North American clients to understand their vision, goals, and brand identity, ensuring timely delivery of designs that exceed client expectations and maintain high standards of quality.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Create impactful digital campaign creatives and oversee video content production.
- UI/UX Design: Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless experiences, leveraging user research and testing.
- Product Design: Lead the design of innovative and functional product solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals.
- Process Optimization: Enhance workflows and stay updated on trends and technologies to deliver relevant, impactful designs.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in creative design, with a portfolio showcasing work for North American clients.
- Skillset: Expertise in digital marketing design, video editing, and UI/UX, as well as strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
- North American Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of North American market trends and consumer behaviors.
