Financial Analyst Role

This is a key position within the finance team that focuses on delivering high-quality financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to present their findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review management information reports (MIS) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business decision-making.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA Inter qualified with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, or related domains.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit practices.
  • Hands-on experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (SAP/Oracle/Zoho Books), and familiarity with automation tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
