Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing monthly reports, evaluating financial performance, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly reports on key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial and management reports by collecting, formatting, and analyzing information from various sub-systems.
  • Strong business acumen, accounting skills, and a go-getter attitude are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • 3-12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis and accounting roles.
  • Experience in independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting is mandatory.
  • Advanced Excel, Power Point knowledge, and working experience is essential.
  • Good knowledge and working experience on PeopleSoft is preferred.
  • Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in hospitality/entertainment industry can be an added advantage.
