Electrical Harness Installation Program Management Role Overview

The successful candidate will oversee the design, planning, and delivery of EHI activities on assigned rail projects.

  • Ensure harness design deliverables are completed on time, meet quality and technical standards, and are aligned with project cost and schedule commitments.
  • Manage EHI resources and contribute to the development of technical competencies within the team.

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Lead the electrical harness installation program across multiple rail projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including train electrical engineers, project CDLs, mechanical designers, and advanced industrialization teams.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Timely completion of harness design deliverables.
  • Quality and technical standards met or exceeded.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports directly to the EHI Domain Leader.
  • Works closely with central teams for multi-site projects and transversal activities.
