Electrical Engineering Leadership RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our team in developing electrical harnesses for train looms and cubicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design electrical harnesses for train looms and cubicles
  • Analyze and understand train electrical architecture
  • Validate electrical components in line with project needs
  • Manage and mentor a team effectively
  • Maintain high-quality delivery standards and on-time delivery
  • Implement continuous improvement and Return on Experience (REX) from previous projects

About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. We are looking for someone with a degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering, 10+ years of experience, wiring harness/schematic/ Electrical harness experience, people management skills, and leadership mindset.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • 10+ years experience
  • Wiring harness/schematic/ Electrical harness experience with people management
  • Experience or understanding of electromechanical engineering, cable harness design, and electrical schematics
  • Knowledge of switchgear selection and electrical CAD (EPLAN/E3S)
  • Familiarity with train architecture and IGE-XAO tools is a plus
  • A leadership mindset with at least 2 years of team management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive process evolution and design improvements
