Job Opportunity:

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring seamless operations in line with pre-defined guidelines to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Manage and maintain store operations according to established SOPs, ensuring a consistent look and feel.
  • Control inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and collaborate with supply chain partners for optimal product availability.
  • Oversee visual merchandising efforts, creating appealing product displays and store layouts that meet brand standards.
  • Effectively track transactions and budgets for store operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting financial targets.
  • Implement security measures and loss prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and assets.
  • Accountable for preparing the store for formal launches across dimensions and during refit & conversion.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Develop processes to enhance the overall customer experience, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
    • Ensure an outstanding in-store customer experience, including product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution, fostering customer loyalty.
    • Establish KPIs to monitor and evaluate the success of store operations, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • People Management
  • Lead retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality customer service and sales effectiveness.
  • Coordinate team member development on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices through training sessions.
  • Collaborate with central functions such as marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment with broader company policies and integrate in-store & online operations.
