Job Title:

Store Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Store Operations Manager. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our stores, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing retail operations, with a proven track record of success in ensuring efficient day-to-day store operations.

  • Oversee the ordering, receiving, storage, and inventory management processes to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Manage the GRN (Goods Received Note) process, ensuring all products are properly received and accounted for.
  • Coordinate the billing and material movement processes, ensuring seamless integration with our central teams.
Team & People Management:

You will play a critical role in building, leading, training, and motivating store teams to achieve operational excellence.

  • Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Liaise with central teams to ensure optimal rostering and scheduling practices.
Process & Compliance:

You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring hygiene, safety, and compliance standards across all stores.

  • Ensure all stores maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Last Mile Deliveries:

As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee last-mile delivery processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

You will work closely with central teams to coordinate maintenance, marketing activations, and real estate requirements.

Reporting & Analysis:

You will be responsible for tracking store performance metrics, including sales, shrinkage, wastage, and manpower costs.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a background in hotel or retail management.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in managing retail operations, distribution centers, or multi-store formats.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of retail/food operations and ability to manage blue-collar staff.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and POS systems.
