Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail store and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Assist Customers: Provide friendly and professional interactions with customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Uphold high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics within the store.
  • Manage Inventory: Accurately log items and ensure availability as needed.
  • Handle Daily Cash Collection: Prepare accurate end-of-day financial summaries.
  • Communicate with Customers: Follow up on order collection and resolve any concerns or grievances in a confident and amicable manner.
  • Collaborate with Operations Team: Ensure smooth processing and address logistical issues.
  • Maintain Transaction Records: Keep updated records of transactions, stock, and customer interactions for transparency and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in luxury retail, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, engaging customers confidently.
  • A polite, hospitable, and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
  • Basic understanding of managing cash transactions and maintaining financial records.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and positive attitude towards resolving customer issues and ensuring smooth store operations.
