About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and managing content cross-platform campaigns (digital, social, events, and PR) to drive awareness, digital visitors, registrations, applications, and enrollments for the programs offered through a mix of organic and paid campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the institution's branding and marketing objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Monitor trends, tools, applications, and social media platforms to stay updated with the latest in digital marketing.
Digital Content Creation & Management
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as admissions, alumni relations, and academic departments, to gather content and promote university events and achievements.
  • Ensure content is consistent with the university's voice, style, and brand guidelines.
Community Engagement
  • Foster and grow an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with current and prospective students, alumni, faculty, and staff to build relationships and promote a positive image of the university.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports to share insights on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize content and strategy.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
