Job Title: H&E Image Analysis Specialist / Machine Learning Professional- Spatial Omics

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of deep learning models for histopathology image analysis. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong research experience in machine learning, deep learning, or biomedical image analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, Computational Biology, or a related discipline and be skilled in designing, developing, and training convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and related ML models on H&E-stained histology images.

Candidates will use and extend tools such as QuPath for cell annotations, segmentation models, and dataset curation, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate image-based predictions with molecular and clinical data.

We require individuals who can analyze model performance and contribute to improving accuracy, efficiency, and robustness, while working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.

A background in cancer histopathology or biomedical image analysis is preferred but not required. Successful applicants will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
