Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical, analytical, and soft skills to deliver impactful solutions and exceed targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading 3-5 client engagements concurrently, comprising pilots, solution implementations, and process consulting projects.

You will develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence. Additionally, you will mentor and grow a team of analysts and engineers, providing guidance on technical skills development and career progression.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and revenue expansion. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to advise clients on strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field, with 6+ years of relevant experience. Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects, driving business growth, and exceeding targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of top performers. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Technical expertise in supply chain analytics, algorithms, and technology.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with programming languages, such as R or Python.
  • Knowledge of supply chain software and modules, including procurement, inventory, and demand planning.
