Key Supply Chain Leadership Role

The successful candidate will have operational end-to-end responsibility for assigned supply activities, leading and managing demanding projects and network activities, and participating in cross-functional teams.


About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires a high degree of professionalism, expertise, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex supply chains, with a proven track record of success in driving process improvements, ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements, and fostering collaboration across teams.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects of varying complexity, including local network activities, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Mentor and coach junior associates to develop their skills and knowledge, and to ensure succession planning.
  • Evaluate data and metrics to inform decision-making, and to drive process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance to all relevant regulations, including cGMP, GCP, and ICH guidelines.

Requirements:
  • 6-12 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, transportation logistics, and procurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with relevant software systems, including ERP, CRM, and SCM.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
