Job Title: Supply Chain Business Analyst

As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a renowned company in the renewable energy sector.

This role involves collaborating with supply chain sourcing stakeholders, leading workshops, and partnering with IT teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.

  • Collaborate with supply chain sourcing stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements
  • Lead workshops, interviews, and discussions with business users to capture current processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Author comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
  • Partner with IT and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately
  • Participate in application configuration, design reviews, and sprint planning activities

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector or a reputed multinational company
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (NetSuite, Anaplan), along with data visualization tools (Power BI)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex datasets and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What You'll Need:

  • Ability to automate manual reporting processes and data transformation tasks using VBA and Excel macros
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and green supply chain concepts is a plus
