Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales strategies, and visual merchandising.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
  • Sound knowledge in the fashion and apparel industry, with a focus on luxury brands and products.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and other office applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
