
Retail Operations Leader

This role is a key part of our retail team, responsible for managing day-to-day operations at our boutique store.
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in sales, customer service, and inventory management, as well as being able to work independently and as part of a team.

About This Role:
- Manage day-to-day operations at our boutique store
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Have experience in sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceeding Sales Budget
- Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
- Converting Project Business through Interior Designers & Architects
- Ensuring highest degree of customer service and in-store experience
- Maintaining all necessary reports , inventory and VM in line with brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Masters – Degree / Diploma (Sales / Retail Sales)
- 4 plus years of retail sales operational experience with luxury / Premium Brands
- Fluent English & Hindi
- Strong computer & analytical skills
