Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our construction team in delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

  • Provide high-level technical support to installation companies/customers/manufacturers (troubleshooting, problem resolution, RMA's).
  • Handle and log all technical calls/emails.
  • Perform installation quality checks & collect installer feedback.
  • Maintain CRM records and prioritize customer service/maintenance requests.
  • Escalate critical issues to the Construction Manager.
  • Track post-installation smart meter applications.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Engineering/Technical Support/Service Engineer background.
  • Knowledge of solar, battery systems, and electrical diagrams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools & MS Office.
  • Problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, flexible with hours.
