Senior Infrastructure Manager

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure Manager to join our advisory team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure project management, financial modelling, and advisory services for government sector projects. This role involves working closely with central/state government clients, managing infrastructure transactions end-to-end, and ensuring delivery of commercially viable project structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead infrastructure transaction advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure.
  • Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
  • Advise on project structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
  • Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent (CA/CFA/PGDM).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure project advisory, with strong financial modelling skills.
  • Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
