Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Development Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable infrastructure solutions.

About the Role
  • This is a key member position within our engineering team, responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and reliability in platform operations.
Responsibilities
  • Drive technical innovations and best practices within the engineering team by leading efforts to automate and improve deployment processes and infrastructure management.
  • Mentor junior engineers and teams on technical leadership and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and ensure security best practices are integrated into development and deployment processes.
  • Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to align on technology roadmap and progress.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of platform architecture and design principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Dynatrace).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
