- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, managing desktop and device configurations, and overseeing network infrastructure management. They will also be expected to develop and implement security policies, maintain accurate asset inventories, and conduct regular access reviews and permission audits.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT support and security administration
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security architectures
- Proficiency in Windows (Server and Desktop), with Mac and Linux knowledge preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Ecosystem, including 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP are highly desirable
