Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, and promoting our products/services to prospective customers.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Pursue and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to clients.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or networking.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Track sales activities, prepare reports, and maintain sales records.

Professional Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Location: Bangalore & Chennai
  • Education Qualifications: 12th pass/Graduation
  • Age: Up to 32 Years
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales banking or fintech domains.
  • Good communication in Regional Language.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of ₹23,000 - ₹53,000 (in-hand) + up to ₹30,000 (unlimited incentives).
