Enterprise Performance Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned expert to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial planning systems that drive accuracy and efficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for enterprise performance management solutions
  • Enhance functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/Planning)
  • Drive precision in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and provide tailored solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning/EPBCS) implementation and support
  • Thorough understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in business rules and calculation manager, data management and integrations, Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, metadata and security management, Essbase cube design, optimization, and reporting
  • Solid knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and FP&A best practices
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
