Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end implementation, support and optimization of EPM Cloud applications.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close), ARCS (Account Reconciliation) and EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure and deploy FCCS, ARCS and EPBCS solutions.
  • Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  • Develop metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms and dashboards across all three applications.
  • Configure account reconciliations in ARCS, including profiles, formats and matching rules.
  • Support consolidation and close cycles in FCCS, including intercompany eliminations, cash flow and reporting.
  • Build planning, budgeting and forecasting models in EPBCS, including workforce, capex and financials.
  • Manage data integration and automation between EPM modules and ERP systems using Data Management and EPM Automate.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and Smart View queries for end-users.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements and corporate policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in FCCS, ARCS and EPBCS design, build and support.
  • Solid understanding of financial close, account reconciliations and planning cycles.
  • Proficiency with EPM Automate, Smart View, Data Management/FDMEE and Reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and FP&A processes.
