Senior Manager Oracle ERP/EPM Job Description:

This senior-level management position is responsible for leading a high-performing team of Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers. The role requires strong people leadership, performance management, and career development skills to ensure team members are engaged, supported, and growing in alignment with global ERP/EPM transformation.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing ERP/EPM engineering team to drive strategic objectives and deliver results.
  • Develop and implement effective performance management systems, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
  • Collaborate with HR to design and execute talent development programs, employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and career growth opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the on-site leader, ensuring seamless communication between US leadership and India-based team members.
  • Work closely with US leadership to align on guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning, ensuring global priorities are translated into actionable team outcomes.
  • Support workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices.
  • Promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and recognition programs.
