Oracle EPM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Oracle EPM/Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on the implementation and maintenance of Oracle EPM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with hands-on experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as Planning, PBCS, and FCCS. You will be expected to work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide training and support to end-users.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, PBCS, and FCCS.
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in EPM tools such as Planning, PBCS, and FCCS.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
